With a powerful 16-core processor, 16 GB of RAM, 13 Gigabit Ethernet ports, and four 10G SFP+ interfaces, it provides the processing capacity and connectivity needed for complex routing environments.
• Powered by the Annapurna Labs Alpine v2 AL73400 64-bit ARM processor running at 2 GHz, the CCR2116 delivers strong routing performance for demanding workloads, including dynamic routing, large BGP configurations, firewall processing, and quality-of-service management. Its 16 GB DDR4 RAM and 128 MB NAND storage support MikroTik RouterOS v7 and advanced network configurations.
• The router features 13 Gigabit Ethernet ports for connecting switches, servers, access networks, and other wired infrastructure. Four 10G SFP+ ports provide high-speed fibre or compatible direct-attach connectivity for network aggregation, upstream links, and connections to other high-capacity equipment. Actual optical connectivity depends on the compatible transceivers and cabling used.
