The SyRotech 7-Port Reverse PoE Switch is an intelligent networking device designed specifically for Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Featuring advanced Reverse Power over Ethernet (RPoE) technology, it simplifies power management by allowing the switch to receive power remotely from the customer's premises through a specially designed PoE injector or a compatible standard 24V DC, 0.75A PoE injector.

This innovative solution eliminates the need to arrange a separate power supply or UPS at the building rooftop, reducing installation costs and eliminating additional electricity expenses payable to customers or housing societies. It helps ISPs significantly reduce operational expenses while providing reliable and uninterrupted internet connectivity.

The switch features 7 × 10/100 Mbps Reverse PoE ports, 1 × 10/100/1000 Mbps Gigabit uplink port, and a 12V DC output for powering an ONU. Its advanced Fast Ethernet switching technology ensures efficient network connectivity and smooth data transmission.

• Overcurrent Protection: Features resettable fuses on individual ports to protect against excessive current and simplify maintenance.
• Cascading Support: Supports cascading up to 1 main switch and 3 additional switches to accommodate more users within a building.

Reverse PoE Technology

The switch automatically detects connected network devices and adjusts Ethernet speed and duplex mode accordingly, ensuring simple and hassle-free operation.

With non-blocking wire-speed switching, each 10/100 Mbps port supports up to 200 Mbps bidirectional throughput in full-duplex mode, while the Gigabit uplink supports up to 2000 Mbps bidirectional throughput. This ensures smooth data transmission and efficient network performance.
