    • Another useful feature is its high-speed wired connectivity. The GWN7672 provides two 5Gbps Ethernet WAN/LAN ports, giving the access point a fast connection to the wired network. This is important because a high-performance wireless access point needs sufficient wired bandwidth to avoid limiting the wireless experience. The access point also supports PoE+, with a maximum power consumption of approximately 25W, allowing compatible Ethernet infrastructure to provide power and network connectivity through a single cable.

    • The GWN7672 also includes advanced Quality of Service (QoS) features to help prioritize real-time applications that are sensitive to delay. This can be useful for voice calls, video conferencing, and other applications where a stable and responsive connection is important.
    • For network administrators, management is flexible. The access point has an embedded controller capable of managing up to 50 local GWN access points. Businesses can also use GDMS Networking for cloud-based management or GWN Manager for on-premise management.
