Custom PC builds are assembled to your specifications. Due to the personalised nature, they are generally not eligible for 30-day returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. However, individual components (if purchased separately) are covered by our standard 30-day returns policy. Prebuilt PCs that are not customised are returnable within 30 days.
