For full payment

  1. Not dispatched: If you want to cancel your order before its dispatch, we will accept the cancellation and refund the amount after deducting a nominal charge of 3.5% of the order value. Amount settlement will take 2-4 Business days after receiving the request.
  2. Dispatched: Once the product has been dispatched and you want to cancel the order, we will refund the amount after deducting shipping charges (both sides) and a nominal charge of 3.5% of the order value. Amount settlement will take 2-4 Business days after receiving the request.
  3. Delivered: Once the product has been delivered and you want to cancel the order, we will accept only in case of product DOA (dead on arrival) and within 5 days after delivery. Our team will verify the product after receiving it from you. If it’s DOA, we will either send a new product or refund the amount (if stock is not available). No deduction is applicable on DOA cases.
  4. Delivered but not DOA: In such cases, If the product is not opened and the company seal is not broken then we will accept cancellation within 5 Days after delivery, Our team will verify the product after receiving and refund the amount after deducting shipping charges (both side) and a nominal charge of 5% of order value. Amount settlement will take 2-4 Business days after receiving the request
  5. Pre Ordered: No Cancellation is accepted for pre-ordered products.

For Full/ Partial Payments

1. Not Dispatched:
If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund after deducting a nominal charge of 3.5% of the order value. The refund will be processed within 2–4 business days from the date of receiving your cancellation request.

2. Dispatched (Full Payment Orders):
If the product has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel the order, we will refund the amount after deducting both-way shipping charges and a nominal charge of 3.5% of the order value. The refund will be processed within 2–4 business days upon receiving the request.

3. Dispatched (Partial Payment Orders):
For orders placed with a partial payment (advance deposit), if the product has been dispatched, the deposit amount will not be refunded under any circumstances. Please ensure you review your order details carefully before proceeding.

4. Delivered – DOA (Dead on Arrival):
If the product is delivered and found to be DOA, we accept returns within 5 days of delivery. Upon verification and confirmation of the DOA status by our technical team, we will either issue a replacement or a full refund (if stock is unavailable). No deductions apply in DOA cases.

5. Delivered – Non-DOA:
If the product is delivered and is not DOA, cancellations are accepted only if the product is unused and the company seal is intact, within 5 days of delivery. Upon verification, we will refund the amount after deducting both-way shipping charges and a 5% charge of the order value. Refunds will be processed within 2–4 business days.

6. Pre-Ordered Products:
Cancellations are not accepted for pre-ordered items under any circumstances.

  • While returning a Product please make sure it’s properly packed with brand seal (Except DOA Cases).
  • To avoid cancellation please check your requirement or talk to us for any clarification on particular model and their compatibility.
  • The IT Gear would not accept any Damaged, Defective, Seal broken (Expect DOA Cases) or Wrong product.
